How long does shipping take?

Currently with Covid-19 Causing a worldwide delay on all things it may be up to 6 weeks before some items are delivered.

Generally, it depends on where you are located however the usual flat rate shipping takes 3-4 days after processing.

Where will my order ship from?

ShopAngieRae works with a print on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Latvia, The United States and Mexico.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

With some orders, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How long does processing take?

Processing depends on the item and the print, some items will print much faster than others. All processing takes an average of 3-4 days including quality control.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted when there is a manufacturer or printing error. If you receive an item and just don’t like it, we can do an exchange.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes, you may email me angie@angieraephotography.com to discuss the commission for a custom product.

Can I order a print from the Gallery onto a product its not already on?

Some of the Artwork produced doesn’t print well on certain products but often times its just not available because of backlog of orders, so feel free to email angie@angieraephotography.com and we can see.

When trying to set up an account I receive the error “NONCE ERROR. PLEASE RELOAD”

This error comes up when your password is too close to your user name or email.

How do you create your artworks & products?

I use a few methods to create the artworks you see on this site.

Some are photos that I’ve taken myself & used steps in photoshop to enhance.

Others are photographs or canvas paintings from personal friends or family members, in those instances they will receive a percentage of the profits.

I license graphics from professional designers as well. MikiBith is my favorite!
